3月21日，华外校园里高朋满座，米德学院大师课堂邀请了两位重磅专家，国际教育专家甄金辉教授与英国馥盛庄园校学术校长William Peak联袂开讲，从教育规划到戏剧教学实践，引领教育新思考。

On March 21, 2025, HW Campus gathered numerous guests for the Mide College Master Class, featuring two renowned experts: Professor Zhen Jinhui, an international education specialist, and William Peak, Academic Principal of UK’s Forres Sandle Manor School. Their lectures spanned educational planning methodologies to drama pedagogy, offering fresh perspectives on teaching innovation.

为了支持华外米德学院的办学以及鼓励华外学子的学习和成长，甄教授特此向华外米德学院捐赠并成立了华外米德学院甄金辉飞鹰奖学金。

该奖学金将会用于奖励在学术表现优异的学生以及持之以恒地参与米德学院课程的学生。

国际教育专家甄金辉教授在《逐梦有方——全球视野下的教育规划》讲座中指出，当前留学选择呈现多元化趋势，英美教育体系各有特色，家庭需立足学生个体特质制定路径。她强调，"名校选拔不仅看学术成绩，更关注学科热情与社会影响力"。

通过哈佛、耶鲁、普林斯顿等顶尖学府的"心动学生画像"分析，甄教授认为我们需要的不仅仅是知识的传授，更要注重培养学生的全球视野、跨文化交流能力、独立思考和自主学习能力等综合素质。鼓励学生在多元文化的环境中学习和成长，学会尊重和理解不同的文化与观点，培养学生的国际理解和合作能力，使学生能够更好地适应全球化的社会发展需求。

In her lecture Strategic Pathways to Global Education, Professor Zhen Jinhui highlighted the diversification of study-abroad choices, emphasizing the need for personalized planning based on students’ unique traits. “Top universities like Harvard, Yale, and Princeton prioritize subject passion and social impact over mere academic scores,” she noted.

她表示，在当今“卷”时代，无论内卷外卷，都在大浪淘沙，但人生路径是多元化的。正如那句话所说：“世界上最大的公平是天道酬勤。”无论选择哪条道路，只要认认真真做人，踏踏实实做事，就能走出属于自己的精彩人生。同时，我们也要牢记不同时代赋予我们的不同责任与使命，以积极的态度和坚定的信念，为实现自己的梦想和社会责任而努力奋斗。

甄教授的讲座引起现场学生、家长的强烈共鸣与思考，关于能力培养与未来，相信大家有了更清晰的规划与更坚定的选择！

Analyzing ideal candidate profiles for elite institutions, Zhen stressed the importance of nurturing global perspectives, cross-cultural communication, critical thinking, and self-directed learning. “In a competitive era, success lies in dedication and adaptability. Every path holds value when pursued with purpose,” she added. Her insights resonated strongly with parents, sparking reflection on future-oriented education planning.

英国的戏剧教育在全球范围内具有深远影响，其重要性不仅体现在艺术与文化领域，更渗透于教育体系、社会发展和个人成长的方方面面。在日常教学中，华外将戏剧深度融入课堂，学生通过角色扮演、即兴创作等形式展示探究成果，实现能力跃升。

这一次大师课堂邀请了英国馥盛庄园校学术校长兼官方夏校课程总设计师William Peak，携华外学子呈现了一堂生动的戏剧教育公开课，展现戏剧作为"教育桥梁"的独特价值。

HW has integrated drama into daily classrooms, using role-playing and improvisation to enhance student inquiry and expression. William Peak demonstrated this approach through an interactive drama workshop with HW students, showcasing its role as an “educational bridge.”

同时为老师们带来了一场深刻的讲座与互动交流，探讨戏剧教育在学生能力培养中的重要性。William Peak提出了，戏剧教育的三大重要价值，一是在快乐的学习氛围中实现语言能力的突破，强化英语输入与输出，提升表达自信；二是有助于4C（批判性思维、沟通力、合作力与创造力）核心素养的养成；三是提升跨文化理解能力，通过本土化改编、多元文化元素融合及音效技术剧场，引导学生从历史"旁观者"转变为议题"思考者"，培养同理心与全球视野。

In a follow-up seminar for educators, Peak outlined three key benefits of drama education:Language skill development through immersive English practice;Cultivation of 4C competencies (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity);Cross-cultural understanding via adapted scripts and multimedia theater, transforming students from passive observers to active global thinkers.
