光影白描人间，皮毛夸饰时光，电影是最接近梦的艺术形式。第七届華鯉節以「电影百年」为主题，贯穿、展现世界电影历史长河中延续、亘新的中华传统：文化之美、艺术之美、德行之美。
华外师生将围绕「电影百年」在校园里开展系列活动：电影文化艺术专题讲座、电影文化艺术展览、观影沙龙、电影制作基地研学活动……
The 7th Huali Festival, with the theme of “Film Centenary”, is a celebration of the Chinese traditions that have been carried on throughout the history of the world's cinema: the beauty of culture, the beauty of art, and the beauty of virtue. 《走进电影》科普展，以电影发展的时间顺序为前进脉络，通过“造梦伊始”“世界浪潮”、“新纪元”三个板块，选取重要演化节点，以简明的方式展现电影从萌芽到繁盛的历程。
本次展览的展品及相关资料由珠影提供，在学校同文舘中庭广场展出，欢迎同学走进展厅走进世界电影。以此为启发，感受电影艺术的魅力，感受光影世界里无限的可能性，种下艺术表达的梦想种子。
The exhibits and related materials of this exhibition are provided by Zhuying Film, and is displayed in the atrium square of the Tongwen buiding of the school. welcome to step into the exhibition hall and enter the world of cinema, to be inspired by the charm of film art, to feel the infinite possibilities in the world of light and shadow, and to plant the seeds of their dreams of artistic expression.
电影文化艺术专题讲座
9月27日下午，特邀嘉宾孙依群女士（国家一级剪辑师、编剧，政协第十三届广东省委员会委员、中国剪辑学会常务理事、珠影影视制作有限公司特约剪辑指导）为CEP双语小学五年级师生带来了一场精彩的电影文化艺术专题讲座。
孙依群女士以“电影百年”为题，探讨电影艺术的发展历程，以及剪辑在电影制作中的重要作用。她带领同学们走进电影的幕后世界，感受剪辑师如何将一个个镜头串联成触动人心的故事。
In the afternoon of 27th September, a wonderful lecture on film culture and art was held in Xiu Li Theatre. Ms Sun Yiqun shared with students the development of film art and the important role of editing in film production. She led the students into the behind-the-scenes world of film, and felt how the editor strings together one shot into a story that touches the heart.
***值得一提的是，本次电影展览所有的展品与资料都由珠影提供，接下来学校还将组织学生前往珠影制作基地进行电影制作主题研学活动；同时特别感谢孙依群女士带来精彩的电影文化艺术专题讲座。

華鯉節是我校以“礼”为主题的校园文化系列活动，以“知礼、博明、传承”为宗旨，以传播“礼”文化为导向，推动“礼”文化转化为师生员工的实际行为，让师生员工知礼、守礼、行礼。

The awarding ceremony of the Hua Li Flag is a symbol of inheritance. The waving of the Huawai Flag will guide students to know, observe and perform etiquette, so that the flower of etiquette will bloom all over Huawai campus.

We established “HW Studio” to provide Huawai students with a more systematic and comprehensive professional experience, to study the art of light and shadow for thousands of years, to create a bright Chinese culture, and to show the pattern of diversified innovation.

——毕业雕塑揭幕仪式
母校是树，校友是根，校友是学校真正的根基，校友们一代又一代的努力是华外最深的沉淀。华外十年，一个又一个毕业雕塑伫立在校园里，静默而坚定，见证着岁月的流转。
Alma mater is the tree, alumni is the root, alumni is the real foundation of the school, alumni generation after generation of efforts is the deepest precipitation of Huawai.During the past ten years, one after another graduation sculpture stands in Huawai campus, silent and firm, witnessing the flow of years.
现场邀请了校领导、优秀毕业生及家长代表，共同为2024届毕业纪念雕塑《荣·华》揭幕。雕塑将华外办学理念和校训精神等文化精髓，化身为一位张开双翼、轻舞飞扬的少女。她代表着信念和向上的力量，犹如每一位随时迎接自己荣耀时刻的华外学子。
School leaders, outstanding graduates and parent representatives were invited to unveil the 2024 graduation commemorative sculpture “Rong-Hua”. The sculpture transforms the cultural essence of Huawai's school philosophy and school motto into a young girl with open wings and light dance. She represents faith and upward strength, just like every Huawai student who is ready to welcome his or her moment of glory.
