理解“家”与“国”的关系,有助于我们认识到个人与社会、国家之间的联系,以及个人在家庭和国家中的角色和责任。对于华外CEP小学的孩子们来说,2024年爱国主义教育主题探究活动不仅是一个了解历史文化的机会,更是一场发现“我与国家关系”的旅程。
在探究学习的过程中,从家庭、家乡到历史与文化,同学们在亲身体验的过程中树立家国情怀。
初识家与国
——家是最小国,国是千万家
一年级的学生从最基础的“家”出发,探索家庭与国家之间的关系。在南沙马克生态园,他们完成了一系列与家庭角色相关的挑战任务。
孩子们意识到,家不仅仅是生活的场所,更是国家的缩影。家中的每一份努力,都是国家发展的一部分。同学们在活动中通过挑战个人和团队任务,第一次感受到,自己的努力也能为团队增光添彩。
Grade 1 students explore the relationship between the family and the nation, starting from the basis of ‘home’.They completed a series of challenges related to the role of the family at the South Shamrock Eco Park. The children realised that the home is not just a place to live, but a microcosm of the nation.

探寻文化根脉
——传承“东方神韵”
二年级的学生则通过探寻家乡的非物质文化遗产,加深对家乡的热爱与理解。走进大自然,走进实体场景,动手实践,感受家乡文化魅力,意识到家乡与国家文化之间的紧密相连。
Grade 2 students begin their love and understanding of their hometown by exploring its intangible cultural heritage. By going into the nature, entering the physical scene, and putting their hands into practice, the students are helped to establish the concept of home, feel the charm of their hometown culture, and become aware of the close connection between their hometown and their country's culture in a real-life experience.

作为教师,我深感自己不仅是知识的传递者,更是学生与世界之间的桥梁。帮助孩子们亲身体验、感知生活的本质,正是教育的核心所在。我意识到,未来的教学需要更多这样的机会,让学生走出书本,走向自然,去理解更深刻的意义,珍惜自然的馈赠,感悟生活的真实。
丰收的季节,三年级学生走进田野间探究农耕文化。孩子们亲身参与秋收体验,从中感受到了辛勤劳作的价值。还学习了中国农耕文化与二十四节气的关联,在体验丰收的同时,了解祖辈几千年来的智慧。
During the harvest season, Grade 3 students went into the fields to explore the culture of farming.Children participate in a hands-on autumn harvest experience, learn about the connection between Chinese farming culture and the 24 solar terms, and understand the wisdom of their ancestors over thousands of years.

通过老师的讲解,我学会了怎么通过气味和形状来分辨不同的药材,比如艾草、薄荷的味道特别清凉。最让我兴奋的是,我们居然自己动手做了香囊和薄荷膏!在这个过程中,我发现每种药材都有自己独特的作用,原来我们生活中的很多植物都能用来治病。通过这次探究,我不仅学到了中医药的知识,还发现古人的智慧无限,民族自豪感油然而生!
四年级学生则通过认识中草药来感受中医文化与中华优秀传统文化的智慧。在自然中穿行,认真观察着每一株药草,每一个标本。通过摸、闻、捏、磨等方式亲身体验中药材的辨别与制作,加深对中医药学的理解。
Grade 4 students experienced the wisdom of Chinese medicine culture and Chinese traditional culture by getting to know Chinese herbs.
“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。”同学们在劳作的辛苦中,学会爱惜与敬畏,真切感受民族智慧,并意识到文化遗产与国家命运紧密相连。
Students learnt to love and respect the hard work of labour, truly felt the wisdom of the nation, and realised that cultural heritage is closely linked to the destiny of the nation.
以史为鉴
——小我融大我,争做未来领袖

站在那个潮湿阴冷的洞穴里,想着战士们曾经住在这里,我忽然明白了什么叫做真正的坚强和无畏。他们为保卫国家,不顾恶劣的环境,甚至不畏牺牲,才有了今天我们安稳的生活。当我在海战博物馆看到那些沉重的历史文物时,我心中感到无比沉痛,原来落后真的会挨打,没有强大的国家,就不会有今天的和平与自由。
在虎门海战博物馆中,五年级同学们近距离感受了鸦片战争的历史,并学习到林则徐为国为民、力挽狂澜的坚强品质。这次活动告诫同学们要铭记历史,为民族强大而努力学习。六年级全体师生前往国防教育营地,开展为期三天的军旅蜕变之旅。
In the Humen Naval War Museum, Grade 5 students experienced the history of the Opium War up closely and learned about Lin Zexu's qualities of serving the country and the people, and turning the tide. This activity reminds students to remember the history and study hard for the strength of the nation.

沿着炮台围走,他们不仅是在追寻历史的足迹,更是在心灵深处与民族精神产生共鸣。海战博物馆内,面对那段悲壮的抗争史实,他们的沉思与讨论让我看到了新一代学生对家国情怀的理解与传承。同学们在销烟池前的感悟,令我感动于他们的责任感与历史使命感。
在这一刻,我深信,我们不仅仅是在带领他们了解历史,更是在引导他们成为未来的领袖人物,肩负起民族复兴的光荣使命。
在这场跨年级的探究活动中,同学们从家庭、家乡、文化、历史等多个角度,认识“家”与“国”,树立爱国情怀。在一次次亲身体验中逐渐意识到,自己不仅是家庭的一份子,还是国家未来的接班人。这种生动的爱国主义教育让学生们深刻体会到,爱国不仅是情感的表达,更是一种责任与使命的担当。
In this cross-grade inquiry activity, students can understand "home" and "country" from multiple perspectives such as family, hometown, culture, and history, and establish patriotism. They gradually realised from one personal experience to another that they are not only part of the family, but also the future successors of the country. This vivid patriotism education made students deeply appreciate that patriotism is not only an expression of emotion, but also a responsibility and mission.
